Aaron VanDanacker
Aaron VanDanacker serves the St. Stephen's Catholic Community as the Director of Development and the Director of Music. He joined St. Stephen’s staff in May of 2019. He is an accomplished choral music educator, active conductor, pianist, organist, vocalist, and development professional. Previously, Aaron served as the Interim Aristic Director of the St. John's Boys' Choir, run out of St. John's University in Collegeville, MN. There, he conducted three award-winning and internationally-toured choirs, taught upper-level music theory, and worked to fundraise for the non-profit organization. Aaron studied K-12 Vocal Music Education at the University of St. Thomas, where he was also very active in piano studies. He has also worked as a public middle school choir teacher and served in music direction and administration roles in arts, religious, educational, and theatre organizations throughout Minnesota. His career as an educator, performer, and development professional has allowed him to collaborate with many wonderful professionals and organizations who are dedicated to changing lives through servant leadership.
